We want HUMAN, TOO to work for people of every ability, on every device. Here's what we've done, what we're still working on, and how to reach us.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website and, later, the HUMAN, TOO app.

What we've done so far

  • Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible outline on the element you're on.
  • Text and buttons are designed for strong color contrast, in both light and dark mode.
  • Form fields have clear labels, and error messages say what to fix.
  • Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on a phone.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, we calm our animations, and our app video waits for you to press play.
  • Our app video has no sound, and a written description is available to screen readers.
  • Pages resize for any screen and can be zoomed without losing content.

What we're still working on

We haven't had an independent accessibility review yet. We plan to test with people who use screen readers, voice control and other assistive technology before the app opens.
